A small team has set out to find a mysterious creature deep in the Amazon forests. Their vehicle is a large truck, with a cannon in the back. They also have a few smaller cars, but those are only to escourt it.

"Hello gentlemen, I take it you know why you're here," Tony Watcher said to all the men that had assembled. "They know why they're here, Right?" He added to his second in command.
"Uh, not realy, they just heard that there was a creature in the Amazon, and that we're looking for it."
"Well, that pretty much all I know," Tony said, "alright boys. There is a great chance that ya'll will get killed. You still in?" Everyone nodded but one of them asked, "Do you by chance know anything about this creature?"
"Not realy. Though we have heard it was a man eating antelope." It took a minute for everyone to realize he was joking. "Alright. Do all of ya' have guns?" Everyone nodded again. "Then let's go."
They loaded all the equiptment onto the truck and were off. Midway through the journey into the forest, they stopped to pitch camp for the night.
"What's to stop it from eating us in our sleep?" One of the men wondered out loud.
"Nothing," Tony answered, "You were the ones who consented to possibly get eaten."
"You have some fat humor." The man said.
"What's that supposed to mean?" Tony's second in command asked.
The man sighed. "I don't like his humor."
"Your going to start liking it or we ditch you." Tony joked. Most everyone laughed. A few just lay there. looking away. "Go to sleep. We don't want no drosy bums in the morning."

They all woke up and took down the tents. They also noticed that one of the cars were gone. Along with one of the men.
"Aw, the big sisy started out for home." One of the men said. "It's a wonder he knows the way back."
"He did'nt head back. Looks like he was right about that monster eating him in his sleep." Tony said. They all looked at him. "We'd best keep going, he said.
"How'd the car get lost too?"
"Who knows? We'll find it in the river most likely."

Alex was worried about the creature. One day in and already they'd lost someone. He loaded up his shotgun, and hopped onto the gun on the back of the truck. He sat his box of shells next to him and the car started to move. Alex didn't know what there was to shoot, and started to get bored, and hot. He looked around with the gun. He saw some monkeys jumping through the trees and fired at them, blasting them to oblivion.
"What are you firing at Shortall?!" The second in command yelled back.
"Damn monkeys," Alex replied.

When Tony heard the firing, he at first was worried that the monster was in sight. He looked back to see Alex Shortall firing at monkeys. He told his second in command to start driving, and he hopped to the back.
"What's up?" He asked. Just then another gun went off, firing at monkeys. A peice of slime hit Tony in the eye, and when he finaly wiped it off, he realized that it was monkey guts. "Dammit! Who did that?"
Alex grinned and srugged. "Who knows?"
"When we do find that monster, I'm gonna' send you out first, Shortall!"
"Why me? I did'nt put that slime on you!"
"Yeah, yeah."

Nick was polishing his sniper while sitting on a log he watched as two of the guys argued a bit for shooting monkeys. "Well if he gets to shoot monkeys so will i" Nick aimed above Tony and shot a monkey the guts came down on him. Tony thought it was Alex because he started shooting monkeys in the beginning. "Well he'll never find out it was me" said Nick then luaghed a bit.

"Come on! Why're you shootin the monkeys? Save your ammo for 'The Beast'" Max joked, standing behind Nick, who hadn't even noticed him creeping up. "If I were you, I'd stick to the rations we already got, stead'of resortin to fryed-up monkey-brains. Come on, we should get a move on. I wanna get this job over with and get my money."

Name: Winston Arthur Muldoon
Personality: A combination of Robert Muldoon from Jurrasic Park, and Sean Connery from just about every movie he's ever been in.
Age: 52
Team faction: Expert hunter/tracker
Apperance: Very similar to Sean Connery in 'The League of Extraordinay Gentlemen", but slightly more contemporary.

Yay! Robert Muldoon!

Winston Arthur Muldoon pulled out his radioand used it for the first time this hunt. Hey keyed it to the command channel, and pressed the talk button.

"Mr. Watcher, are you there?" he asked in his Scottistralian accent.

"Yeah, Muldoon, what's up?" came the slightly staticy response.

"I thought I'd inform you that while I've not yet found the creature, I can tell you where it's been."

"Really?" Tone inquired, "I thought this beast was untrackable?"

"Nothing is untrackable, but this one is damn close. I've had to start looking for where there aren't tell-tale signs of recent movement. It's like it's smart enough to disguise it's trail, or else it doesn't make one anymore." Muldoon recounted.

"We've had our own problems....turns out somebody deserted last night, taking one of the cars with them..." Watcher infromed him.

"Ah, well, that's not entirely correct." Muldoon admitted, "I recruited him and the car into my plan for dirrecting the creature toward a bottleneck. I figure that if it avoids cleared paths so eagerly, why not use those paths to lead it where we want it?"

"Brilliant." was Watcher's reply. "Where are you leading it?"

"Toward the mountains to the south. It'll be more exposed on that terrain, and it'll have to slow down too." Muldoon explained.

"Alright, we'll head north-east and come up and around your position." Watcher told Muldoon.

"Good, but you'll have to make a river crossing...."
